What OneThing requires

OneThing does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or other account details to use the app.

Information kept in the app

Thing text and other content you enter are used to provide the app’s features. They are not sent to our analytics service.

If you use iCloud or other Apple services to sync your app data, that data is handled by Apple under your Apple account and Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.

Health data

When you grant permission, HealthKit data is used on your device to provide relevant app features. HealthKit data is not sent to our analytics service.

Anonymous product analytics

We collect limited, anonymous product analytics to understand app usage and improve OneThing. This may include events such as app launches, onboarding progress, and feature interactions.

Analytics use a random identifier generated by the app for the installation. It is not linked to your name, email address, account, or Thing text.

OneThing does not use advertising tracking or Apple’s IDFA, and we do not sell personal data.

Deleting or resetting data

You can reset your app data using the app’s Delete All option. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored app data from the device, subject to any data retained separately by Apple services you have enabled.
